EKE builds quality

EKE is a pioneer in the combination of structural engineering and production.

Founded in 1961, the EKE Corporation's main business areas are structural engineering, construction and railway transports. Currently our most important domestic construction project is the Sundsberg small-house area. The EKE Corporation has also started construction on a tract of land it owns at the Aviapolis business concentration in the Viinikkala section of Vantaa; the first structure to be completed is a state-of-the-art logistics centre. Our Estonian subsidiary IBE Estonia is building several small-house residential areas on parcels of land it owns near the Tallinn Airport. In Latvia an area in the town planning phase that is significantly larger than Sundsberg is being developed.

Regional construction at the scope implemented at Sundsberg has not been in previously realised in Finland. EKE is developing the town plan jointly with the municipality of Kirkkonummi to ensure that the area’s residents will soon be provided with sufficient services.

The Sundsberg website has been designed to provide general information concerning the area and its dwellings. The information contained herein is based on data available in August 2011. More precise details are specified in the sales contract’s appendices. Before signing the sales contract, the Buyer should examine the ratified designs as well as Government decree 130/2001 concerning the marketing of residential properties; this information can be viewed in housing brochures and at the sales office. The Builder reserves all rights to adjust the prices of the designs and dwelling units.
